Decree of Cyrus
Ezra 1:1–4
In his first year Kawarash king of Paras proclaims that the house of Yahawah be built again at Yarawashalam, and that his exiles go up.
1 WaBaShanahath (And in year) Achath (one) LaKawarash (of Cyrus) Malak (king) Paras (Persia), LaKalahawath (accomplished - plural), Dabar (word / matter) Yahawah () MaPahay (from mouth) Yaramayah (Jeremiah) YaHaIwayar ([causing] stirred up) Yahawah () Ath-Rawach (the entirety of spirit / wind) Kawarash (Cyrus) Malak (king) Paras (Persia), WaYaIbar (and he made proclamation) Qawal (sound / voice) BaKal (in every) Malakawathaw (throughout his kingdom), WaGam (and indeed / moreover) BaMakathab (put in writing), LaAmar (saying),
2 “Kah (𐤊𐤄) YaAmar (thus says) Kawarash (Cyrus) Malak (king) Paras (Persia), Kal (every) Mamalakahawath (kingdoms) HaAratz (the earth) YaNathan (given) Lay (for me) ‘Yahawah (), Alahayam (God) HaShamayam (the heaven); WaHawaa (and which/who/that is) YaPaqad (he commanded) Ilay (went up me) LaBanahawath (to build - plural) Law (for him) Bayath (house) BaYarawashalam (in Jerusalem), Ashar (who/that) BaYahawadah (in Judah).
3 May (Who) Bakam (within him you) MaKal (from every) Imaw (his people), YaHayah (came to pass) Alahayam (God), Imaw (with him) WaYaIlah (and let go up) LaYarawashalam (to Jerusalem), Ashar (who/that) BaYahawadah (in Judah), WaYaBanah (and build) Ath-Bayath (the entirety of house) Yahawah (), Alahayam (God) Yashar-Al (Israel) Hawaa (which/who/that is) Alahayam (God), Ashar (who/that) BaYarawashalam (in Jerusalem).
4 WaKal (And every) HaNaShaar (whoever left), MaKal (from every) HaMaqawamawath (the place - plural) Ashar (lives), Hawaa (which/who/that is) Gawar (sojourner / stranger / foreigner) Sham (there) YaNashaawaw (help him) Ayanashay (let men) Maqawamaw (his place) BaKasap (with silver), WaBaZahab (and with gold), WaBaRakawash (and with goods), WaBaBahamah (and with animals), Im-HaNadabah (with the freewill offering) LaBayath (for house) HaAlahayam (the God) Ashar (who/that) BaYarawashalam (in Jerusalem).’”
